Blind Thief

Blues — Lonnell Brooks know as Lon-L Born March 14, 1948, at North Texas. When he graduated high school he enlisted in USMC. After an Honorable Discharge, lived at California for a while. Lon-L went to college with a Major in Fine Arts. Later, Lon-L hooked up with a Rock & Roll band looking for a Bassist so he went out and bought one. His instrument at the time was piano, they played all the Top 40. That lasted for a couple of years until a two of the guys married off. Next, Lon-L hooked up with a country band...played locally and made good money too. Soon he tired of that, and decided to try his hand at R & B, and he's been at it ever since Bob Lograsso - Guitars, Organ, Piano, Vocals ~ Currently playing with Blind Date, Bob has played with many area bands in the Salem, St. Louis Area. He Rocks! Greg Calvert - Drums, Percussion, Vocals ~ Currently playing with Blind Date, and Lon-L and petty thief. Greg has played with about everyband in S. Illinois at one time or another. Tony Malawy - Bass guitar, Vocals ~ Tony is an phenomenal Bass player laying down killer grooves for Blind thief and Blind Date. He occasionally plays with Lon-l's other group, Petty Thief. Dana DeMaris - Saxophones, Flute, Harmonica, Organ, Piano~ Dana Tries to fill the empty spaces, with whatever he has in his hands. A semi-founding member of Blind Date. He loves the blues, like he loves life.
